529 College Savings Program: Pennsylvania parents deserve a top performing PA 529 College Savings Program that is easy to access and enroll. PA’s 529 plan is a tax-free savings account to pay for college, trade schools, and apprenticeship programs. My office will expand enrollment efforts to provide more informational outreach to parents in preschools, elementary schools, and doctors’ offices.

PA Able: The PA Able program provides peace of mind to caregivers of people with disabilities.  As Treasurer, I will connect with advocates, home care providers, and organizations like the ARC of Pennsylvania to encourage caregivers to make the most of the program.

Low-Interest Loans: I am dedicated to protecting access to low-interest loans for our cities, towns, farmers, and non-profits. The state treasurer’s office manages loan programs that support and expand our number one industry, agriculture, as well as oversight of community development loan funds.
